Shipping costs are as follows:

For orders with a total value of € 40.00 and over, shipments are free, only for deliveries within Greece.

For orders with a total value of less than € 40.00, shipping costs are € 4.00 (including 23% VAT) for all of Greece.

NOTE: In case of cash on delivery (only for Greece), there is an additional cost of € 2.50 (including VAT 23%).

Payment for your orders can be made in one of the following available ways:

1) Payment by credit card or prepaid card or debit card Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro: The charge on your credit card is made by sending your order on the date of completion and submission of the order form. Www.chief.gr has taken all the necessary measures for the security of your transactions through your credit card and all credit card holders are subject to validity checks.

2) Payment by cash on delivery upon delivery of your order at your place: In case of cash on delivery the customer is charged with a charge of € 2.50 (including 23% VAT). Payment by cash on delivery method is not valid for shipments abroad.

3) Payment by deposit in a bank account: You can pay the total amount of your order before sending the products by deposit in one of the following accounts of partner banks:

The delivery of the ordered products takes place from Monday to Friday, within 1-5 working days from the date of submission of the order between 09:00 and 18:00 through the respective courier company at the address you have stated when filling in your details.

A. BITHARAS SA is not responsible in cases of delay or inability to deliver, which is due to force majeure (extreme weather events, strikes, etc.), but must inform you in order to state if you wish under the new circumstances to complete the transaction.

The online prices are the same as those in the physical stores of Chief.

From time to time, Chief can make special discounts and offers available only through its online store and which are announced on the online store home page, but also through the newsletter, which we urge you to subscribe to be the first to receive news, updates and our offers.

The products available through the Chief online store are exactly the same in designs and specifications as those available in Chief physical stores. The variety of designs is renewed at the same rate as in physical stores. However, availability depends on demand and some products or product categories may not be available through the online store.

You do not need to create an account to complete your order, as you are given the option to continue as an unregistered user.

However, we encourage you to create an account that provides the following:

Manage shipping and billing addresses. The system will keep the information you enter during your registration so that you do not have to re-fill it the next time you make a purchase.
